Ingredients:
4 oz semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 cup baking cocoa
3/4 cup white granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter
3 whole eggs
Use a double boiler to melt the butter and chocolate, or place an oven safe glass bow over a saucepot. If you don't have one or uncomfortable using a glass dish, place butter and chocolate in a microwavable bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds, stirring in between, until melted.

Are you looking for an easy sugar free fudge recipe? Well, this is about as easy as it gets! This one is customizable, too! Just cheese your poison - er, chocolate and have at it! In this version I used 100 percent dark chocolate (no sugar added!) but you can use your favorite brand of sugar free chocolate bars or chips! Just don't try to use cocoa - it won't firm up! You can make this easy Sugar Free Fudge recipe using only 5 ingredients! You will need: 24 ounces of sugar free chocolate (bars or chips) 1/2 half cup evaporated milk 1/2 cup butter 1 cup powdered sugar substitute 1 tablespoon vanilla extract Directions: Melt chocolate over low heat in a double boiler. Add milk and butter, stir until smooth. Add powdered sugar substitute and vanilla. Continue stirring until there are no clumps. Line 8x8 or 9x9 pan with aluminum foil and spread fudge evenly in pan. Chill over night. For bet results, let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before cutting. Share with friends. F
