I used a hand mixer for almost my first 30 years. I don't know why, it's what I grew up using. Then my Mother-in-Law bought me a Kitchen Aid stand mixer and it blew my mind. Boy, is it a wonderful machine.  I use it everyday.

I know some people put their stand mixers away, but I found that if I do that I may not use it. I might put off trying a new recipe because I don't want to make counter space for the mixer. So my baby has staked a claim to my counter and lives there. And it gets used. A lot.

I know they are kind pricey but believe me, my stand mixer is worth every penny. And don't hide your mixer. Display it proudly in your kitchen. Let it show the world. I bake and I'm proud.

In this version I used 100 percent dark chocolate (no sugar added!) but you can use your favorite brand of sugar free chocolate bars or chips! Just don't try to use cocoa - it won't firm up! You can make this easy Sugar Free Fudge recipe using only 5 ingredients!  You will need: 24 ounces of sugar free chocolate (bars or chips) 1/2 half cup evaporated milk 1/2 cup butter 1 cup powdered sugar substitute 1 tablespoon vanilla extract   Directions: Melt chocolate over low heat in a double boiler.
